Summer Camps in Moore County, 2024
Summer Camps are…well…tricky. Some camps require registration by February; other programs keep their announcements to themselves until February. Some programs only last for one week; some for the entire summer. If you’re in a bind to find a spot, especially the “right” spot it can feel overwhelming. Check out what we have so far and know that there are still more to come (all good things take time, right?)!
What we have so far:
Wander & Root
Registration is open January 15 - March 15, 2024 for families who are currently or previously enrolled in our Nature School or Summer Adventures programs. If spaces are available, new students will be invited to register March 15, 2024. To be considered for enrollment, please submit an interest form.
Days and Time: Monday-Thursday (4 days per session) from 9 AM - 1 PM
Ages: 4-9
Cost: $200 per session (10% discount for siblings)

O’neal School
Registration for Summer Camp 2024 is OPEN!
The O’Neal School is excited to announce seven fun-filled weeks of summer camp this year! Our O’Neal Summer Experience is open to students both in and out of the O'Neal community. Campers must be at least 3 years old and fully potty trained to attend.
Hours: Camps will run from 8 AM - 3 PM with options for 7:30 early drop-off and extended days until 5:30 PM for additional fees. Campers will need to pack a snack and lunch from home along with bathing suits, towels, sunscreen, and insect repellant.
Cost: $300.00 Per Week, but you can receive a 10% discount if you register for all 7 weeks! Installment plans are also available.

Timbernook of the sandhills
We are a quick jog off of 15-501 at 1615 Bethesda Road, Aberdeen, NC. This makes easy access for most Moore County residents including Aberdeen, Carthage, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Pinebluff, and Vass. Our summer camp dates, ages, and cost are as follows:
June 17-21: Barefoot & Buckets 🏡 Colorful Homes Plus, Ages: 4-7, Cost: $200.00
July 8-12: Enchanted 💜 Alice in Wonderland, Ages: 5-9, Cost: $200.00
July 22-26: Storybook 🍋 Little Forts and Lemon drops, Ages: 5-9, Cost: $200.00
Mini Kickers Camp
Fun introductory camp to the game of soccer, through fun games players will be challenged to learn new skills and athletic moves. Small class size with individual instruction to all players a chance to succeed. Players will work on: Dribbling with the ball & Changing Directions, Stopping the ball, & Kicking the ball.

Ages: Birth Years 2020 and 2021
Days & Time: June 11-13, June 25-27, July 9-11 , July 23-25 from 9:30-10:15 AM

"Robo Amusement Park" Lego WeDo CamP
One week of STEM exploration with a "fun and games" theme! We'll use Lego We-Do robotics kits to build and program rides and games for our Lego minifigs. Fee includes Camp T-shirt.

Soccer camp at the Nav
Players will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting and dribbling through partaking in fun activities and competitions. Each day of camp will finish with small-sided games that will teach the fundamentals of team movement and organization.

Join our one-week Spanish-Immersion Community at Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Aberdeen this summer!

The Garden Montessori
Our summer camp is a place where little Wild Hearts come to be set free. Campers become explorers as they discover the many natural wonders to be found across the several acres of open fields and wooded forests; they are gardeners who sow seeds, tend to their plants and harvest their bounty. They are artists molding clay and painting to their heart’s content, musicians and performers casting their songs into the wide open sky.
