Join us for our bi-weekly birth prep workout class! This is a new group fitness class for expecting mamas! Each workout will be different, so join us for multiple classes!
Note that you’re welcome to attend at any trimester! Most movements will be targeting for mobility and strengthening for pregnancies over 20 weeks.
Led by Gina, these workouts are 45-60 minutes long with a:

⭐️ Pelvic Opening Strength & Mobility Workout
⭐️ Pelvic Floor Release & Hip Mobility Cool Down
Free for gym members!! $16.50 for drop-in! Partners are welcome to attend—we will show them ways to support you in each movement plus some birth support tips!
