In this one day, intensive course, we break down the anatomy and physiology of labor, your birth options, plus ways to ask questions to better understand your providers recommendations, labor positions and comfort measures, and pushing.

This course is a one-day intensive course that teaches you the science of birth, pelvic floor prep for birth techniques, birth options and planning, labor comfort measures, labor positions, and pushing.  We integrate our pelvic mechanics expertise to teach you how to move confidently throughout your birth, and teach your partner how to best support you! 

This course is 6 hours with a 1-hour lunch break.  There are six available spots for an expectant couple.  Each registration is for two adults and includes access to our online childbirth education course.
