New Mother Support Group
The group offers a safe and welcoming space to talk about postpartum care, breastfeeding stressors, change in identity/role and the importance of sleep and self-care. This group is FREE and offered the third Thursday of the month from 1 to 3 p.m.
Parents' Night Out
Join our fun drop-off event for ages 3-10 years. Nonstop fun including games, dances, activities and more! Parents can go out for a night on the town feeling confident that your little ones are safe and having the time of their lives with their favorite My Gym teachers. Pizza included.
Dance*Fit for the Cure
It’s that time… and this year, we’re LEVELING UP! The 8th Annual Dance*Fit For The Cure Event, presented by @familyandcochiro + @fortefitness_nc will be held 🌟SEPTEMBER 20🌟 at THE @villagepinevenue ! This year’s local beneficiary, The Clara McLean House, will receive 100% of our proceeds! Come get your dance on!
Infant & Toddler CPR/Choking
Feeling unsure what to do if your baby starts choking? Or becomes unresponsive? Then this class is perfect for you! Taught by an experienced EMT with 20+ years of experience.
Date Night Drop Off at Pollywogs
Plan your date night and a night of FUN for the kids at Pollywogs! It's a win-win! Your kiddos will enjoy up to 4 hours of play time, optional pizza dinner, and you will have a stressless night!
Eats, Beats, & Brews
Everyone’s favorite food truck rodeo is back at the Village Arboretum! Eats, Beats, and Brews returns offering a variety of your favorite local vendors while bringing something new into town. Wine and craft beer will be available for purchase, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Live entertainment throughout the evening for all to enjoy and fun activities in store for the children.
Parent's Night Out
Parent's Night is a structured, well-supervised practice time for ages 5 to 12. Our qualified staff is on hand to supervise as the children work on the events and skills in small groups that rotate to all the events for three hours of fun from 6pm to 9pm. Parent's Night Out is open to members and nonmembers alike. Pre-registration is required. Sandhills Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse participation.

Classes will help you learn to link breath with postures creating a mind and body awareness giving you the ability to respond in the birthing process. Prenatal yoga is a non heated, 60 minute class.

Family & Caregiver Support Group Meeting
Join us for the opportunity to connect with other families and caregivers of kiddos with rare genetic diagnoses and medical complexities.
Childbirth Education Class
This course is a one-day intensive course that teaches you the science of birth, pelvic floor prep for birth techniques, birth options and planning, labor comfort measures, labor positions, and pushing. We integrate our pelvic mechanics expertise to teach you how to move confidently throughout your birth, and teach your partner how to best support you!
Domestic Violence Support Group
Join a monthly support group focused on domestic violence survivors and their healing journey. Open to both current and past victims, this group provides a safe space for open discussion, empowerment, and mutual support.

Free Burn Boot Camp Pop-Up
Join a series of Pop-Up Camps hosted in Southern Pines! The first camp kicks off on Saturday, September 14th, at 8:30 AM sharp at Armory Field. This 45-minute session will focus on full-body movement and is open to everyone in the community aged 13 and up. The event is free!
Live After 5
We are ready for more dancing at Live After 5 with the band BOUNCE! Paige King Johnson is our opening act, so come early and grab a seat. Food trucks will be on-site with a wide selection for all to enjoy. Beer, wine, and additional beverages will also be available for purchase. Picnic baskets are allowed; however, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
5K & Coffee Meetup with SLAM
We are parking and meeting at Red's Corner/Pony Espresso for a fun filled 5K with some amazing mamas and kiddos! There will also be a 1 mile option for walkers. This is a FREE event, open to the public, and is a non-sanctioned running event meant to bring some running fun to our Thursday morning!
9/11 Tribute Workout with SLAM
Join SLAM as we remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 by completing a tribute workout. *This is a FREE class for non-members.*
Small Town Social
This September’s Small Town Social will take place at The Wine Cellar and Tasting Room! This ladies-only networking event by Liz Fleming is FREE to attend, but sign-up is required!

Moore County Board of Education candidate forum: Meet the Candidates
Come join us for a non-partisan event to meet and engage with potential incoming board members. This gathering provides an opportunity for the community to get to know the candidates, ask questions, and learn more about the challenges facing the board.

Butterflies, Bees, and Bugs – Monthly Tour
This late-Summer docent-led walk through the Gardens will focus on identifying plants that attract "Garden Helpers", beneficial insects called "pollinators". Participants will be given a list of some pollinator plants that should do well in our area. Limit 15 people.
