This course is a one-day intensive course that teaches you the science of birth, pelvic floor prep for birth techniques, birth options and planning, labor comfort measures, labor positions, and pushing. We integrate our pelvic mechanics expertise to teach you how to move confidently throughout your birth, and teach your partner how to best support you!

Postpartum Foundation Series
In this 60-minute workout, we will walk you through our Postpartum Foundation Series, with warm up and a workout. This series runs for 4 weeks, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 11am with a make-up session on Saturday at 9am. Next series starts July 8!
