In this 60-minute workout, we will walk you through our Postpartum Foundation Series, with warm up and a workout.

This series runs for 4 weeks, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 11am with a make-up session on Saturday at 9am.

Free for gym members. $99 for non-members.


Fitness for Motherhood: Train to Achieve the Strength and Conditioning Required to Meet the Demands of Motherhood

How does our fitness facility operate?
We provide individualized programming in a group setting. What does that look like? It’s like a personal training session but with friends to workout with in a supportive environment! We have multiple programs, and each client will start based on the phase of motherhood they currently are in — pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

When can I come to the gym?
Throughout the day, we offer block times that you can come and workout anytime. Show up right at the start of a time block, or 30 minutes into it.
You just have to leave when the time block is over! There is no such thing as late at our gym!

What if I have little or no experience with lifting weights or working out?
No worries, our programs are scalable and tailorable to all levels of experience!

A coach will be at the gym with you to help you move through your workouts, check on your form, and offer modifications as you move through your pregnancy or recover in the postpartum period.
