In-Person Birth Prep Workout

Join us for our bi-weekly birth prep workout class! Prepare for birth with these bi-weekly workouts! These workouts are designed to help you open your pelvis and release tension in your pelvic floor as you prep for birth.

In this 60-minute workout, there will be a birth prep warm-up, 30-40 minute pelvic opening strength and mobility workout, and pelvic floor release cool-down.

Your partner is welcome to attend, and we will include partner-supported positions based on partner attendance!

July Classes: July 6th and 20th at 10am

Free for gym members, $16.50 for non-members.
