In this 4-week series, you will meet twice a week to go over the basics of return to fitness in the postpartum!  In this series you will learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor and core after birth, overcome common pelvic floor related issues, and learn how to safely lift weights to be active in motherhood!

If you miss a session, make-up classes are offered on Saturdays at 9am!
