Encore is Moore County’s Home for the Performing Arts known for its performing arts center, offering artistic instruction in dance, music, and theatre for all ages. Encore has won Best of the Pines in several years in several categories. Check out their site for additional programs that your child can participate in.

Dance
Encore offers side-by-side ballet classes for ages 2-3, tiny tots, and preschool dance classes for ages 3-5. Registration for recital classes closes Jan 15 but they will start some non-recital classes and open summer camp registration on Feb 1.
Fall classes are $58 a month, each additional class is half-off

Kindermusik Family Time Class
In Kindermusik’s music-and-movement classes, children experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They interact with other children and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills.
Ages: 0-5
Hours: Fridays 9:30-10:15 am
Cost: $65 a month and includes monthly take-home materials!
My thoughts: I’ve met Sarah personally, she’s very talented and welcoming. Although we haven’t taken a class personally yet, I feel like the community speaks highly of this organization as a whole.
