Kid-Friendly Gym: Mamaste is a gym that offers prenatal and postnatal strength and conditioning in their training facility located just off of US 5 in Aberdeen. Babies and kids are welcome to attend workouts.

The gym is open from Monday — Saturday from 9-11 am and Tuesday — Thursday from 4:30-6:30 pm in the afternoons. Show up at any time during these block times and leave when you're ready.

Kid-Friendly Workspace: The Twelve Million Plus kid-friendly community space provides verified active, veteran, and reserve/national guard spouses a place to connect and co-work — and it’s all free.

Programs are time-specific and take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The library is located at 150 Cherokee Road in Pinehurst.

Mommy & Me: Southern Pines Library offers weekly Early Childhood Programs for ages birth-5. These sessions include Baby Rhymes Classes, Learn and Play Time, and Music & Motion Classes.

Classes are time-specific and take place Tuesday-Thursdays. The library is located at 125 SE Broad Street in Southern Pines.
